The current hot and wet weather in May allowed the Aedes mosquitoes to breed unabated and it led to a significant increase in the outbreak of Dengue Fever throughout Singapore. The SCEC  worked hand in hand with the Siglap Residential and Neighbourhood Committees to reach out and teach the residents how to perform the 5 Step Mozzie Wipeout.
