Free Haircut for all Seniors

Mr Matwikarya Bin Kariyo is a 103 year old wheelchair bound resident of Siglap and he came with his wife to get a free haircut at Siglap CC. Every month, Siglap SCEC have a free haircut session for our residents. This free service is attended by ca 60 residents per session. We are proud that SCEC will continue to work tirelessly together with our community to CARE for all our residents.
